I am extremely
pleased to have this opportunity to introduce you to our Galaxi Realcorp group of companies.
We are active developers, owners and
managers of commercial properties throughout southern California. In
addition to our portfolio of retail shopping centers which include
renovation of older properties and new construction, we develop
free-standing credit retail properties. We continually pursue
opportunities for enhancing real estate uses and values.
