Build To Suit Commercial Construction

Each national retail tenant require developments that are built to suit their specific needs. In these instances, Galaxi Realcorp engages general contactors who have in-depth knowledge of the tenants' construction criteria. 

The general contractors oversee all construction operations of the developments including coordination between the architect, engineers, and sub-contractors.

Property Management

Our contractors routinely double check all the systems for each project, from completion of the construction until the property is turned over to the tenant.

The contractors perform regular after-delivery inspections at each property to ensure that the highest development standards have been achieved.
